All online orders containing items purchased on preorder will be processed and dispatched in full once the preorder styles become available, commencing from the date specified upon the relevant product page.
All Australian and Rest of World orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Our services include Australia Post Express for all local shipments and Fedex International for all Rest of World shipments.
All New Zealand orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand using NZ Post Courier.
Delivery timeframes specified below are indicative. BAINA is not in control of any shipping delays or transit issues which may occur once the consignment is in the hands of the courier.

Any international orders shipping to destinations outside of Australia and New Zealand may incur additional fees and duties, as required by their country of destination. The responsibility for any customs duties, taxes or additional fees which may be imposed upon these consignments rest solely with the customer.

In the event that shipments are undeliverable due to refusal of any import fees as determined by your customs office, shipments will be abandoned on site due to non-payment of customs charges.
Import thresholds and relative charges are determined by your destination, and the contents and value of the consignment. You may be required to pay these prior to receiving your order, or they may be charged to you at a later date. Fees of this nature are the responsibility of the receiver and BAINA will not be liable for the payment of such charges under any circumstances.
If a consignment is determined to be undeliverable at destination due to refusal to pay import tax, multiple failed delivery attempts, or otherwise, the consignment will be abandoned at destination.
In the event of a redirection back to the sender due to situations aforementioned, any additional shipping fees will be charged to the receiver prior to final delivery being completed. Any refunds issued in association with such occurrences will be made less any freight, customs or import charges.

Returns must have obtained an authorisation number via email before being sent back for processing. All items must remain in original unused and unwashed condition and include original packaging.
We recommend sending any returns using a traceable option as BAINA is not responsible for any lost packages or the cost of return shipping.
Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued for the value of the returned item(s) via the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs associated with the original order.
Depending on your payment method, refunds can take up to 3 business days to be processed, before appearing in your account.
