Shipping & Returns

All online orders are processed and shipped within two business days.

All online orders containing items purchased on preorder will be processed and dispatched in full once the preorder styles become available, from the date specified upon the relevant product page.

All Australian and Rest of World orders are shipped express from Melbourne, Australia. Our services include Australia Express Post for all local shipments and Australia Post for all international shipments.

All New Zealand orders are shipped with NZ Post Domestic Courier from Auckland, New Zealand.

  • Australia: 2 to 3 business days
  • New Zealand: 1 to 5 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10 to 15 business days

Shipping rates can vary and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Australia: $18 for orders below $250
  • Australia: free shipping for orders above $250
  • New Zealand: free shipping on all orders
  • Rest of the world: calculated at checkout

For international orders of a certain size that don't calculate shipping, please contact for a freight quote.

For any special delivery instructions, please email us at with your order number as the reference.

Please note: International orders may incur additional fees and duties. The responsibility for any custom duties, taxes or additional fees which may be imposed rest solely with the customer.

We offer refunds on full priced items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods.

To request a return, please contact with your order number and product details.

Returns must have obtained an authorisation number via email before being sent back. All items must remain in original condition and include original packaging.

Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued for the value of the returned item(s) via the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs associated with the order.

Depending on your payment method, refunds can take up to 3 business days to appear in your account.

We do not offer refunds on any discounted items, including any promotional discounts.

Please note: Any request for exchange or refund requires a receipt or proof of purchase and item/s must be unused and in original condition.

We recommend sending returns using a tracked option as BAINA is not responsible for any lost packages or the cost of return shipping.
